Also our phone system is designed by IVR usability experts and our voice menu is very simple and easy to understand. Your administrative staff could schedule the appointments for walk-in patients and configure location, providers, working hours, holidays and generate reports via our web based admin portal accessible from anywhere. Physicians could access the appointments calendar using their PDA or hand held computers.
