LabResultsDesk™ was launched with the requests from many of our clients who are inundated with phone calls from their patients inquiring about the lab test results. ITFrontDesk’s main goal is to automate most of the front desk needs and thus took the task of implementing this product for the benefit of Doctors offices.

May 2008.
Product integration with X-Link. X-Link is the industry standard for interfacing many different practice management systems and clinical systems where lot of PMS/EMR software exists in the market today but most are not compatible to work together. X-Link have interfaced with over 250 PMS/EMR/EHR softwares (see the full list here). Integration of X-link with ITFrontDesk product ensures our product can work with most other PMS/EMR softwares.

Feb 2008.
Partnership with Clickatell SMS Gateway. As more and more people in U.S. are using text messaging and cell phones with data plans, SMS text is getting popular nowadays. With the raising technology, our partnership with Clickatell opens the new gateway for appointment reminders via SMS text.

July 2007.
Migration to state-of-the-art data center in Atlanta, GA. Our data center employs a carrier grade, multi-routed, protected by multiple firewalls, backup power supply units, fiber optic telecommunications infrastructure with multiple DS-3 capability. Our off-site disaster recovery ensures no down-time due to black-outs.
