Our voice broadcasting system can place one call or millions of calls using a network of auto dialing systems. Pre-recorded phone messages can be played to both individuals and answering machines or just to individuals, informing them of emergency alerts, community events, upcoming appointments, or simple reminders.
Your campaign can be set up so if an answering machine picks up, a specific message is delivered. If a live person answers, a different message is delivered. This allows the customer to respond to an offer, acknowledge receipt of an important announcement, renew a subscription, or even connect to one of your live sales agents instantly… the possibilities are endless!
BroadcastDesk™ offers three (3) types of voice broadcasting:
- Simple Phone Broadcasting – basic message is played back to all individuals or their answering machine.
- Phone Broadcasting with Feedback Response – individuals are given the option to select their preference from a list of choices.
